Counted on active meters
You pay for the meters under management. Electricity, gas and water all cost the same. Mark a meter inactive when a property leaves your portfolio and it stops being billed.
Commercial as well as residential
Offices, shops, units on an industrial estate and mixed-use buildings all work the same way. Submetered commercial space is often where the readings are worst kept, and the resale rules apply there too.
Minimum £30 a month
Applies once the free period ends, so below about thirty-three meters you pay the minimum. No setup charge and no minimum term. Pay for the year and you get twelve months for the price of ten. All prices exclude VAT.
Recharge it to the landlord
Handling utility billing is a management service, so what you charge for it is between you and them. The cap on reselling energy applies to the energy, not to your time.
Everything included
Electricity, gas and water. Unlimited readings, photo storage for the life of the tenancy and six years after, reminders, rate records and the annual reconciliation report.

Figures exclude VAT. Below thirty-three meters the £30 monthly minimum applies. Annual payment brings each of these down by a sixth, and everything is free for the first six months.
