A unit, not a meter
You pay the same whether a unit has one meter or three. Submetering the water as well as the electricity costs you nothing extra.
Only while let
A unit is billed only while a tenancy is running. Empty units cost nothing, however many meters are fitted to them.
Minimum £30 a month
Applies once the free period ends. Pay for the year instead and you get twelve months for the price of ten.
Recharge it to the landlord
Handling utility billing is a management service, so what you charge for it is between you and them. The cap on reselling energy applies to the energy, not to your time.
Everything included
Electricity, gas and water. Unlimited readings, photo storage for the life of the tenancy, reminders, rate records and the annual reconciliation report.

Below thirty units the monthly minimum applies. Annual payment brings each of these down by a sixth.
